Shipments and returns
Shipping & Handling Charges
For all transactions (not per item) there is a $1.50 handling fee. The wording says "shipping", but it's actually for "handling" the transaction. This includes admission (and other non-physical [intagiable]) item purchases.
Shipping fees for items that need to be physically delivered are as stated in the carrier selection list.
Due to demand, production and shipping circumstances, some orders completed after 1pm EST or on holidays or weekends will be shipped on the next (US) business day.
Returns / Exchanges

Non-tangibles:
such as event admission can be refunded within a 7-day period after purchase. Other arrangements can be made within reason, but not within 72 hrs of event.
Tangible Items:
Requests for returns must be made within 7 days after the day of delivery. Once received, refund can be given, but stains and damage will affect refund or exchange eligibility.
